"Check-in was efficient and welcoming. George was on reception and a really lovely guy, polite and courteous. Our room was a small twin room on the 3rd floor (there was a lift). Compact bathroom with shower and toilet. Kettle, hair dryer provided with sachets of tea and coffee. Flat screen TV with Freeview. Simple, clean, compact room, perfect to use as a base. 5 minute walk to Kings Cross and lovely pubs minutes away. Camden Market is a 35min walk. Will definitely stay again when back in London. "This is such a treasure in central London! Just steps from Farringdon underground on the Elizabeth Line from Heathrow airport. Huge room with comfy bed; modern large bathroom with fluffy towels. Pub noise (not loud) stops promptly at 11pm. Host was friendly and helpful. Lots of old pubs and nice restaurants just minutes away."

"A great stay at the Citadines Barbican Apart'hotel. The location was good, close to Barbican tube station, which is convenient for accessing all areas of central London fairly easily. There were a couple of restaurants close by that looked great and were very busy, but unfortunately, we didn't have the opportunity to try them out. Tesco Express was just up the road for essential items. Service and staff were brilliant, made to feel welcome from arrival until departure, and received a special gift to help celebrate my husband's birthday. Our room was a good size, very quiet, clean and great facilities. We were on the top floor, as I had requested, and had a glimpse over the roof tops to the gherkin and other impressive buildings. It was a great stay, and I would definitely return on a future visit to London."
