"Although the pub wasn't open due to the holiday season when we were visiting, it was a lovely stay! Great shower, room was comfortable! If traveling as an American, you might find that top flat sheets are not common. We requested one additional one with staff, and they were lovely to work with. Friendly and helpful! Comfortable bed!"

"The room was ok but here were. Couple of issues 1) lights in room on PIR and comes on when walk around could wake people up & 2) finish in bathroom water marks on paint and finish around windows. It would appear people don’t open the window when they have a shower and it damages the paintwork. Easy fix would be a sign stating open the window. 3) shower is small for me ( I am 6ft 2 plus) but if you are below 6ft you should be fine. Comfy bed and overall very please and helpful , friendly staff....

"The room was quite good—spacious, recently renewed and clean. But there are four stairs to my room (#6). It was awful getting there with luggage. The check-in process was as straightforward as the check-out. Breakfast was good, and the waitress was super supportive."

"I had to reach out twice to get the lock box code sent over to me. First impression of hallway not so great and lots of flights of stairs, but once in the property it was very spacious, clean and exactly what we needed. Sirens and things going by during the night are loud but it is London.. Would stay again as location is great for what we needed. "

"Absolutely amazing. We booked last minute, less than 24h before checking in. Was panicked as after booking, it says needs contact them 72h before arrival. We contacted the phone number and email, they replied straight away and got our access code and everything without any problem. The apartment was amazing, two very clean rooms and good living space. Great location. Very happy with the stay, think we got lucky finding this place last minute. Would definitely book again if it’s ever available...
