"Spacious enough. Happy to see they had a kettle, microwave, and small fridge. Note about the wifi! I called Houst to ask for wifi access. I was told it was 'not an amenity that is listed or offered.' It was rather stunning in this day and age. I had come to London to work for the week and needed wifi access. I spoke to the pub manager downstairs who apparently connected with the owner of the flat and I was told I needed to speak with Houst, the folks that managed the listing. The heater kept...

"Clink78 is currently not operating as a hostel, it’s an office building. I showed up at night after my flight just to find out that there’s no hostel there. They moved me to Clink261, but it was dirty and not what I originally signed up for. You need to pay for towels that you don’t even get to keep."

"I could not sleep. Because, the house is located over the tube route. There was smell and all the beds were broken. Utterly terrible experience. I wouldn`t pay such amount of money for budget guest house. Expedia should have some entering requirements. You failed it. I`ll never use Expedia again"

"I rang the supplied number at 17:35 on the day of my stay. It went to answer machine. I had no information on how to gain entry to flat After a two hour wait another resident happen to turn up and let me in. The next I ran again, answer machine again. I will be aiming for a full refund and will never use these again"
