"This hotel was one of few that were open on the beach because of the hurricanes. But the staff were very busy painting and cleaning the gardens and grounds. We enjoyed our stay regardless of the limited amount of restaurants that are open in the area, but those that were outstanding."

A little disappointed that the pool was so cold that you couldn't use it and we believe a large group of people not staying at the resort utilized the hot tub for most of the day (including several children), who we later saw walking away from the resort with all their towels and bags, etc. Easy access to the beautiful beach. The area was quiet and we felt safe there."
