Love this property so much the views were gorgeous and the bar level was nice to sit at and watch the beach. I did find that the hot tub was way too small for more than four people but overall, I have to say the place is beautiful. They could’ve used a little bit more Seating options in the living room but I have to say the beds are absolutely beautiful. We will stay there again. Thank you.

I rate it excellent overall. However, the noise was an issue for me between the guy next door slamming his door constantly, garbage collectors out front and the people above me acting like a herd of elephants. The place was clean and as described, very roomy, comfortable bed. Wasn't fond of the master bedroom being up against the walkway where the traffic is. Nor was I fond of the daily resort fee which I was told covered things like toilet paper and toiletries. I'm sorry no, those things should be covered by the room rate. I didn't touch the coffee and I didn't use any pool towels or chairs so I basically got nothing for my daily fee.Good view. I would probably stay there again.

Unassuming from the street, and the lobby appears like a SRO motel. But once you open the door to your room you realize the money was spent on the guest. Luxury and spaciousness abound. A master suite and a second bedroom with second bath. Good sized kitchen/living room. Washer & dryer meant we could do carry on bags on the plane. Large balcony right on the Gulf with unobstructed views of sunset. Very quiet stay. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who were genuinely happy. Easy access to Pasadena & St. Pete for restaurants and entertainment. Great place to stay.

Check in was fast and east! Betty (I think that was her name, she works nights ) was amazing and her boss Ursela as well. Actually almost everyone was amazing. When we arrived and after going into our room (which amazing room and beautiful view) I had an accident but Betty & Ursula were amazing. Betty even came up to my room to check up on me and Ursula the next day as well. There was some construction across the street so it was a bit annoying not being able to sleep in but it wasnt the hotel's fault. Overall amazing service.

This was probably one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed and we travel a good bit. The surrounding area is improving from recent hurricane damage so some things are still closed but the beach itself and the property here were absolutely stunning. The staff is extremely pleasant and friendly.

The apartment was beautiful and spotless, with everything we needed for our stay. The building and its residents were very quiet, making for a peaceful few days. My only suggestion would be to have 2 loungers on the balcony. Overall, we loved the building, its amenities, and the heated pool and spa.

Very nice property, clean and well staffed. Beautiful heated pool and hot tub. Room very new and built well. Not a fan of the bright white lights everywhere, no real warmth. Hard to use tv. Remote with Roku app requires you to enter password. Meanwhile TV in gym uses a Firestick which already had access to Prime and Netflix. A better set up if you want to be a higher end establishment.

We searched clear water. This hotel is no where near. It’s 45 min away. They charge a resort fee for hardly no amenities. The pet fee is an obscene 85 per night for my 5 lb dog. Dogs are not allowed on this beach, pool deck or common areas. Would never go again
