"For one, i didn't know that the shuttle didnt leave for the airport until 7 am, but the gentleman at the desk was more then helpful by calling a cab company for my pick up at 5 am. The $30 was immedialtly put make in my account whereas that never happened with a hotel in NYC. I will certainly book with this hotel in clearwater st pete in the future !!!!!"

"For the price we paid a parking lot view was unacceptable for this propery. When wd asked the front desk we were told we needed to request a courtyard view when we booked. We were able to gere our neighbors which was kinda annoying. Staff was very nice."
