This place seems like an extended stay. The residents there were sitting outside of their rooms like they were at an apartment complex. There were kids running up and down the stairwell. Well no one bothered us, this was not the type of place I thought I was going to be staying at.

I recently stayed 2 night at this hotel. It is close to many shopping stores like target, ross, walmart, costco, etc. It is 15 to 29 minutes distance from Clearwater Beach. What I loved the most was the breakfast one of the best I had in hotels. Some of the items are PB & J uncrustabbles, apples, bananas, cruissants with egg, sausage and cheese, cereal, apple juice, orange juice, milk, coffee. The pool is really clean. The lady in charge of the breakfast is always willing to help, friendly and keeping the breakfast area clean.

the receptionist with a terrible arrogance, disrespectful, no heating when the temperature outside was 39 f. very poor as a hotel and was not cleaned well. I will never go there and I will not recommend it to anyone.

The property sits at a very busy road, sign was blown away by Hurricane and has not been installed. The room is not clean, carpet has been there forever. People talk outside at 3 am, very limited staff around. The place doesn't not meet the standard of a regular Days Inn, it's just a motel in the best sense.

We arrived and there was no fan in the bathroom to help clear the chemical overload. The carpet was very damp, the tile was slick, and there was a cockroach on the desk. We arrived so late we had to stay the night but cancelled our second night. Got a headache within 30 minutes of arriving and couldn’t sleep.

This hotel has residents staying there. Rooms are being paid by the government. The clientele seems to be homeless. There is no respect for others and there is trash everywhere. Kids are running around unruly and police are there daily. I do not recommend at all.

We were supposed to stay here for five days after three hours of checking in we left it seems to me that it’s a rough crowd there and there was dead cockroaches the bathroom had a stain in the tub overall would not recommend the front desk person, though was very nice and respectful

There was a strong odor upon entering the room. Cleaning solution? After lying on the bed for an hour or so, I rolled over to see a cockroach walking away from my pillow. We were charged for the night and the remaining 8 days were canceled. I better not lose the receipt because my itinerary still lists the full charges!
