The room was clean, bed was comfortable, there was daily housekeeping, the breakfast was always hot and had a wide variety of options. Check-in only required a $50 deposit which was less than a lot of major hotel brands. Overall great experience. The only con is the tap water tastes awful. That was more of a Pinellas county problem than a Holiday Inn issue. I would probably stay in Tampa next time just because of the tap water.

Room 110 in holiday inn express Icot center was very damp all 3 days of our stay. Smelled strongly of mold. Floor was extremely dirty. All other facilities very nice.

Quick Family Visit
I needed a place to stay in a quick trip to Florida to visit my aging mother who was sick. This facility was priced right and was very clean with attentive staff. While I did not use the pool or exercise room I did notice that both areas were well cared for and clean. I would stay at this facility again should the need arise.
