"The main feedback is the checking in process. Every day is a bottleneck of guests waiting at the lobby to check in as they only allow check ins to begin at 3pm. This resulted in a 30-40 mins wait and massive crowd at the lobby. I think the management needs to relook into this to manage the flow of guests. However, the room was great and clean.
