"Our 4th time staying here, staff are amazing as always and rooms are beautiful. Only gripe this trip was that the water in the room we were in must not have been used in awhile, as it took a few minutes to clear up and get hot, and then the temperature of the rooms was way too hot for me. To my best efforts it doesnt appear you can control the room temp anymore (switch to AC for example), and it wasnt noticable until it was late at night, so no staff on site. Regardless, wont stop us from coming...

"Wish there was an easier way to drop off luggage prior to parking car. Parking lot was full, so I had to park in the secondary parking area and it has a very steep incline going down and going up and then the main ramp to walk out of the parking area. "This is a really cool hotel, with lots of character. Everything you'd need for a restful stay. The room I stayed in was at the back of the building and above a skytrain station, which meant you could hear the training coming and going throughout the night. I was fine with ear plugs (provided in the room) but if you're a light sleeper you might want to pick a room that faces the front."
