All the staff were friendly/welcoming and were quick to assist, the room was clean and had all immensities you could need and lastly the breakfast was a nice touch to start the day. "Entrance for the hotel is on the back of the property and only has Valet parking which was fine for us as we were there to walk around Vancouver. This hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were great, room was very large. The A/C didn't work properly and even after 20 hours had only come down 2 degrees so it made it difficult to sleep. Maintenance attempted to fix it by changing the filters which made a small improvement and left dust on the floor. A couple hours later we requested...

"A solid stay. The building is a bit outdated. I could hear some mild street noise from my room and a TV from a neighboring room. The room was comfortable and clean. The location is fantastic. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The staff is very friendly, professional and attentive. Overall, a decent stay. "
