"I booked into the Clayton at Bristol because I couldn't get back to Wales due to Storm Darragh. It was a delight to stay there after a stressful day. "Well managed by Vas although it's clear he has his hands full leading some of his newer team members. We are staying for 11 days due to family illness and Vas in particular has been so very helpful. Great to have the service area on the doorstep; has made it easy to source provisions when needed, and there is a washing machine / tumble dryer bank in the service area which is very handy. "
