Parking available very close to the hotel with a very good discount for guests. Reception staff extremely friendly and helpful. Decent breakfast with good and frienedly service."

"Whilst on this occasion things didn’t go as planned, I still couldn’t fault the staff on the way they sorted the issue quickly and generously. It was a trip away for my birthday and everyone went out of their way to make my stay memorable for all the right reasons. Amazing food, delightful surroundings, excellent staff, couldn’t fault our stay. A special shout out and thank you to Sonia, Dan, Lucy and the lovely lady with the glasses whose name I didn’t catch who greeted us for breakfast each morning; exceptional customer service accompanied by a welcoming smile and friendliness. "Excellent location for the centre of Bristol. We were easily able to walk (on a sunny day) from the train station. Lots of independent shops and cafes around the hotel. Staff were welcoming upon arrival. Room was large and clean. Bathroom modern and spacious. Very comfortable bed. Would definitely book again if needed."

"Room 104. Check-in smooth and friendly. Bed very comfortable - maybe some people would find it quite firm.. The pillows were very full. Room was not especially large but was quiet and felt calm. The climate control only had options for 19 degrees or 20 degrees. We found the room a little warm overnight. The floor to ceiling windows let in an impressive amount of light. The window design meant it did not open. This felt a little claustrophobic as the room was a little warm. Very good shower and nice big kettle. The addition of a chiller was very helpful as we had brought a small amount of fresh food and some oat milk with us. "
