"The shower was inadequate— no hot water. We let the front desk know and they were very sweet and moved us to a new room. Unfortunately, that room also had no hot water. So we had to deal with barely warm/cold showers for the entire stay… and for the price of the hotel per night this seemed unreasonable. The hotel staff acknowledged that there had been other complaints and that they were looking into it. We had to dispute a charge for being upgrade for the inconvenience which was taken care of...

"We were pleasantly surprised at how big the suite actually was! It was like staying in a complete apartment with all of the amenities desired. We will certainly stay here again and recommend this Hyatt to all of our friends and family!"

"The hotel was impeccably decorated for the holidays and it was beautiful! Everyone we encountered at the hotel was so polite and helpful. Our room was well appointed and had all the comforts you could think of, which included robes, slippers, umbrellas, bottled water, etc. The one drawback to the room was that it didn’t have a mini fridge. We loved having the pastries and coffee in the morning too! Bed and pillows were very comfortable!"
