"The hotel was impeccably decorated for the holidays and it was beautiful! Everyone we encountered at the hotel was so polite and helpful. Our room was well appointed and had all the comforts you could think of, which included robes, slippers, umbrellas, bottled water, etc. The one drawback to the room was that it didn’t have a mini fridge. We loved having the pastries and coffee in the morning too! Bed and pillows were very comfortable!"

"The employees are great and they make all of the difference! The hotel is still in a pretty bad neighborhood. We were able to park down the street in public parking near the bus depot. I am sure that if you could secure safe parking, or better valet parking, your guests would enjoy that very much! There are some safety issues on the street!"
