"My daughter and I stayed for two nights here. The hotel was exceptionally clean which is always important to me. The room was spacious. We had a double and twin bed. The bathroom was also a good size. The maid service was outstanding. As far as amenities, we had a refrigerator with cold water replaced daily. We even got an extra on our second day. The television had all the major streaming channels so you can log in, not that we were in the room much for TV. The location is excellent, with a hop, skip and a jump to the charm of Old Town. There is a pharmacy right next door, parking is available and the porters were so great carrying our bags to our room for us. I hope to return to Chania with my husband and I will definitely stay here again. Oh. Breakfast is buffet style with an assortment of protein choices. Fresh fruit, hot and cold cereal. And bakery items. Highly recommend this his hotel. "

"A cozy boutique hotel with lovely front desk staff ! And of course the lovely Froso! Great location for access to downtown Chania . Well insulated for noise ..parking a little challenging if there were more cars but for downtown Chania that is a luxury ! Strongly recommend for those needing a city location .. "

"The property is well situation in the centre of Chania Town Square. The space (room 6) is self contained. Front desk staff are amazing, welcoming, informative. In our room, on arrival, we had fresh fruit, water, juice, wine, toiletries. Very clean and comfortable for two. I will say however that because there is a restaurant below it was quite noisy in the evening until about 11:30pm. So if you are early to bed, like we were, that was a small issue. But not a deal breaker for the comfort, location, amenities and great welcoming staff. Very good value and would stay there again. "
