"The hotel was clean, comfortable and safe. Staff were very efficient, polite and friendly. Location was perfect for us, as it was near the main bus station and our bus to/from the airport. Hence, it was a busy and bustling location but none of the noise could be heard from within the hotel room. Our hotel room had a balcony with distant views of the mountains and sea. Easy walking access to the harbour and city areas. A small buffet breakfast was available which included fruit, cereals, breads,...

"I booked 2 separate rooms believing the location was on Chania center as the map points to. But when we arrived to Chania and took a taxi, the location was much further out than we anticipated. Even right before I submitted my experience, the map still points to the center of Chania, but in all due respect, the staff were more than cordial and very helpful as they coordinated my excursions to the Samia Gorge and 3 more locations."

"This is a basic hotel, but clean and comfy. Amazing to get a place right on the most beautiful beach! You also save €5 on beach umbrella & chairs because you stay here. Tons of restaurants here and a 10-15min walk along the water to get to old toqn. We didnt have any problems. WIFI is slow in rooms but works amazing on the beach. Amazing place to stay for the money!"

"Immediately after noticing that there was no working air conditioning in my room I went back to the front desk in hope for a solution. I was told that there was not another room available for me that had air conditioning and that this was my only option. I requested for a cancellation but my request was refused. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever come across and would never recommend this hotel to anyone."
