Hotel Danaos
2.0 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (215)
"This is a basic hotel, but clean and comfy. Amazing to get a place right on the most beautiful beach! You also save €5 on beach umbrella & chairs because you stay here. Tons of restaurants here and a 10-15min walk along the water to get to old toqn. We didnt have any problems. WIFI is slow in rooms but works amazing on the beach. Amazing place to stay for the money!"

Constantino's Studios

"A good option for someone who wants to stay near the beach for a reasonable price. The room is quite small, but it comes with a small kitchen and a nice balcony. We were quite happy with it as it was only for one night but the double bed was hard and somewhat uncomfortable, a bit small for 2 people."

"Perfecto para quien quiere estar en el centro de la ciudad y al mismo tiempo tranquilo. Estamos a julio, así que hace mucho calor y la instalación de aire acondicionado funcionaba de maravilla !!! Apartamento chiquitín pero muy funcional y todo en excelente condición. Los anfitriones y la señora que se ocupa de la limpieza son muy serviciales y muy amables. Fue una estancia perfecta!!"

"Lovely clean room, new modern shower room. Very close to beach but sea a little polluted here. Not much privacy on balcony as the screen between balconies is clear glass. Rooms not very soundproof but was only a problem on 1 night. Nice walk along the beach front to the old town."

Nea Elena Luxurious Apartments
7.8 out of 10, Good, (17)
"We were welcomed warmly by our host, Mamolis for our 3 night stay. We loved the location of The Nea Elena Apartments. The suite had everything we needed: fridge, hot plate, shower, comfortable bed, air conditioning, & wifi, plus a balcony overlooking the quiet pedestrian street and the beach. We walked into the Old Town & enjoyed the old Venetian Harbour. We have booked an additional 3 nights here after our upcoming stay in Rethymno."

"We couldn't have asked for more. The bed was very comfortable, the balcony had a full sea view with sunrise and sunset and breakfast was home cooked to mother's recipes plus fresh fruit, Greek yoghurt, fresh juice etc. And spotlessly clean. Great location. "
