Property is clean and well maintained while being in a central location. Impressed with the staff in knowing their guests. I had requested a scheduled taxi for an early morning departure. Lovely hotel in center city
This hotel was a breath of fresh air. It felt brand new and had all the touches to make your stay comfortable. It is also in prime location and is the best place to stay in Chania. The bus to the beach is right close by, one is right across the street. The receptionist are so thoughtful, kind and friendly and makes your stay so pleasant. The breakfast is by far one of the best I’ve had in a hotel. The lady at the breakfast area was very attentive to my needs and offered to prepare something for me because I’m vegetarian. I highly recommend this place and I’m hard to please.

Great and very central hotel! Super duper friendly staff, and the main reason for this good review is jus that, the staff. Everyone from receptionists to the cleaning folks was top notch! Great location in Chania
We loved this hotel. The location is perfect for anyone needing the central bus station and it’s also close to the Old Town. The reception staff are very friendly and although we left very early, around 4,30 am, they still had a pack lunch for us to take with us. Rooms are comfortable too. Very positive experience.
