"These apartments are decorated so nicely with antiques and attention to details that it feels like home. The rooms are much larger than others we have stayed in. The owner is very accommodating and offers wonderful breakfast and welcome drinks. "I ended up staying at Casa Modiano for over a week and was able to stay in several rooms. Room 5 with a couch was my favorite because it was a bit more spacious but all three rooms I had were lovely. Great decor, incredible location, delicious breakfast. Loved sitting on the balcony sipping wine, feeling the breeze off the ocean and writing. Near everything but one street removed from the waterfront noise. Much more charming. "

"Maria was the absolute best. She made us feel warm & welcome and was very attentive to our needs. The location couldn’t have been better. You can walk to everything, including Historical sights, restaurants, as well as shops of every kind. Two blocks away is a sight seeing bus pick up, which we hopped on. That was nice. If I had one complaint, it would be that does get a bit noisy at night on the weekend, but that was a small price to pay for a location that gets you everything. "
