"We stayed for 2 nights and had a lovely time. The first night the room was quite chilly and we couldn't get the heater to blow warm air, reception brought us a heater which didn't have much impact as the room was huge...so reception gave us another room, no fuss or messing about, just moved us. The rooms were lovely and large, really comfy, clean beds and plenty of space. Bathroom good, bathrobes and slippers provided. Breakfast was lovely. We had dinner there both night's, food was good and not at all over priced. The reception team were great, so friendly. Position of the hotel was fantastic, just across the road from Hyde Park. This is a hotel i would definitely recommend and would definitely go back to."
