"This is my second time staying at the Kensington. The staff was wonderful and they tried really hard to meet all my needs. They surprised me with a balloon, sparkling wine and a really good Victoria sponge cake. The bed was really comfortable and I received turned down service every night. Afternoon tea was wonderful and delicious. The only problem was one of the elevators’ buttons didn’t work for my floor. But other than that it was a lovely experience. "

"All of the staff were wonderful! Very welcoming and friendly, at all times, especially Mohit who checked us in on the first night of our stay! The drinks were astounding and the rooms were very well kept and comfortable! The only slight downside was that the room was incredibly hot, even with the aircon on full so it was a little hard to get to sleep, bur aside from that everything was astounding! "
