"This is the cleanest hostel I have ever been in. They are cleaning night and day. The 24-hour reception is a real plus and will take packages for you and accommodate most requests. The adjacent Brazilian restaurant is great for when you need a hot meal without going out in the cold. Unfortunately they don't have a coffee machine, but there is a cafe whose hours in the off-season are erratic. Super polite and helpful staff always. The bus and subway are 30 metres away. "Easy Hotel South Kensington is my home away from home when I go to London. The staff are courteous, friendly and helpful - and it is hard to beat the price. Sure it is not the Ritz but even when I have stayed in much more expensive accommodation - while there may be more amenities available - I rarely use them and I sleep jsut as comfortably at the Easy Hotel as I do at the most expensive hotel I have ever stayed at - and at the same time save money in a convenient location wth great staff."
