"Stayed for a week in Spring 2025 in a standard room, 2 people. We were full-on tourists add day long, so we basically only slept in the hotel. Loved: the place was very clean and we were surprised to have house-keeping every day. The staff we encountered were all incredibly kind, thoughtful, and helpful. The room had all we would need, very little frills, but solid accommodations. The hotel is in between 2 Tube stops, Shepard's Bush and Hammersmith. We used Hammersmith almost exclusively, as...
