"The property is glorious nestled in a tropical rainforest. We enjoyed exploring the trails out to the waterfall and Ceiba tree. Amazing surroundings, excellent dining, perfect on-site hot springs to enjoy on demand. In addition to this, we were supported by the hotel team to help us with some rental car trouble while we were there. They went out of their way to assist us, implement a quick repair and got us on our way! Without this dedication to their guests our whole vacation could have been ruined. I highly recommend this property. Thank you Fabian, for your dedication to your guests!"

"Everything was great. Staff was excellent. My only regret is that I never found out that there was an outdoor gym. It was on the map. It would’ve been helpful to get an orientation around the grounds. We were told about the thermal springs and the pool and the restaurant. Had no idea there was an outdoor gym. "

Went out of the way to ensure comfort and feeling welcomes. Toasty wood fire at night on the open deck for all to enjoy while taking on the cloud forest views. "
