I really enjoyed my stay; the cleaning lady was kind and cleaned the room every day. The hotel is very quiet and has a lovely terrace where you can sit, eat, or have tea. There’s also a clean and well-equipped kitchen on the terrace where you can cook. Tea and coffee are available for guests. Thank you, Rosa and Juan, for the warm welcome."

"Booked ourselves a Superior Suite at close to 140€ for a 2 day Christmas getaway. While Ceuta by itself was well decorated, and the location of the hotel was dead centre - we were taken aback by the condescending attitude at the reception. Our room.was double the price of the standard room, and yet the Receptionist told us that the restaurant was fully booked - there would be no space for us on Christmas day. "
