"Excellent position for visiting all major attractions. We never saw Reception manned the whole time of our four night stay. Cleaning was only every other day and you needed to request it and coffee was not re stocked. On the day of our departure we asked if we could leave our luggage and this request was denied"

"It was a lovely place to stay, though reception closes at 5.30pm so can be a bit tricky if you get there late. However, they do send the instructions which are clear. The continental breakfasts are good. The staff lovely and spoke English. My only problem was getting the TV to work, though I didn't really watch much. I would be happy to stay there again. Convenient walk to metro and eateries"

"Best host ever! I had difficulty to check in in time (check in time: 3pm-7pm). The host waited for me until 11pm and even let me stay longer for the next day. She explained everything to me in details. Great place! Great location! Very clean!"

"Localizado cerca del Park Güell en los altos de la ciudad. Ambiente callado, bueno para el descanso. El area de desayuno esta espectacular y disponible 24/7 con frutas, panes, quesos y cafe frescos. No hay elevador, pero solo se sube un nivel y en la entrada principal. Recomendado ✨"

"Warm welcome upon arrival. Made sure all my needs were met throughout my stay. Close to everything and felt safe walking back to hotel at night. Bus stop to go to airport just a few steps away. Will definitely go back at the end of my next pilgrimage to Santiago!"

"I saw a few negative reviews when I booked but decided to chance it. I'm glad I did. I don't have anything negative to say. Room was clean and spacious (we had the triple room) . Bathroom was clean. Kitchen was good. Rooftop terrace was cute. Whole place was cute, actually. I'm not sure about how good the location is because we had a short stay and didn't explore the area, but proximity to airport is perfect and parking was easy to find."

"A great quiet place but difficult to find parking. Be prepared to walk a bit uphill when you do locate the parking garage. We stayed one night and it was nice. The bed could have been more comfortable (a bit lumpy). We found places to walk and restaurants close by. "
