"Excellent location a few minutes walk from the train station, lots of good places to eat close, only downside was the motivation activated light under the bed, it would turn on and would take about 5 minutes to turn off. Was annoying in the middle of the night if someone got up to go to the bathroom it woke everyone else up. Overall excellent!"

"The location of this hotel is perfect-it's near everything you would need and want to see and right across the street from the Metro or you can take Uber anywhere as well. We were very impressed by the staff here. They are friendly, kind, professional and knowledgeable. This hotel is clean and modern. My daughter and I were happy staying here and will come back again! "Zleep Hotel is my "go to" place to stay when I have a layover in Madrid. The staff are friendly, helpful, and proficient in English. There is a very reasonably priced and safe shuttle bus service between the Zleep Hotel and airport that you can reserve in advance. The premises are modern, clean, comfortable, and condusive to checking in with work or enjoying a coffee in a quiet nook. The area immediately around the hotel is sparse and there are very few dining or shopping options. However, there is a Cafeteria style restaurant on location at Zleep that offers breakfast and light fare dinners for the tired traveler. This is my home in Madrid!"
