"I was not happy that this huge resort that was almost empty ( low season of November / floods) and yet I was assigned a room that had a door separating it from the next one ( junior suite) occupied by family with little kids. Annoyed little with noise. I would have complained but noise stopped around 9:00 PM which was bearable. The staff were very friendly. "

"THE PHOTOS ARE FALSE!! The advertisement photos for this place are absolutely missleading! There are holes and unfinished drywall edges all over the room. First only one of the three elevators was functional. Then the room had a stenching strong chemical smell during all the night. The walls were full of holes and repainted patches. The door was completely crooked and has a one inch gap on one end. The window frames were also crooked and left a half-inch gap on one end. One of the pillows was...
