This boat Haus is way above expectations. What a view, what an host. Everything was wonderful! Highly recommend to stay at least 2 nights to fully experience the beaches, the rock, the dolfins, etc.

My husband and I booked the awesome Royal Boat House. We absolutely loved the experience. This was our 2nd time visiting Gibraltar and the boat house is just minutes walking distance from the boarder. The design, the layout, location and the deck are all exceptional. Such a cool idea for a stay close to Gibraltar.

Overall location was great for us , superbe view of Gibraltar . We walk to border of Gibraltar , then took bus , once there . Loredana, provided all the check - in instructions via What’s app, she also made tour referrals, and restaurant . We also did keep the car in parking lot past our check out time . Everything was a breeze , that was our first time staying in a boathouse , we enjoyed it .
