"After booking I received an email stating that I needed to check I by 17:30 otherwise there was an extra 20€ charge. I specifically made sure I was booking a room with a microwave, but when checking in the receptionist said twin rooms don't have kitchen, I had to show her the description on hotels.com staying a kitchennete and she was able to give me a 1 bed apartment, as I needed somewhere to cook my food. There is not a freezer as described. The attachment to hold the shower head was broken...

"Quaint historic property with great common spaces. Staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay, including directly is to the closest parking area. Loved our room with windows opening out on the streets (walking area so not a lot of traffic noise). Room was comfy and well done in terms of historic detail. Bathroom was small but fine. "Beautiful hotel in the heart of an old town. However, don't expect to get any sleep! Located a few meters away from a noisy bar with drunks and fighting until the 4 am closing - sleep is impossible. Hotel owner needs to invest in modern windows that reduce noise levels and curtains that allow for blackout of bright street lights. Wonderful decore inside the hotel but if you can't get a good night sleep - why stay? Hotel owner would be wise to focus upon tips for guests to get an excellent...
