"This is a unique hotel in Cartagena centro historico. Very different, well maintained and the breakfast was fantastic. The service was first class. I bit downside is that when you opened the balcony doors the floor would get really humid and slipery so this is dangerous. "

"Great location within the old town (perhaps a little hectic as right next to the clock tower). Best thing about this hotel was the rooftop and pool. We were traveling as a family of four and the rooms were definitely on the small side, with little space to move around. Cupboards and fridge designed so badly you can’t open the fridge the right way. Only one lift in the building so long waits, plus the cleaning staff use it too with their cleaning trolleys. "

"Excellent stay and great staff. I asked for a quiet room and my room was quiet. I had the best sleep of my my one month stay in Colombia. Very convenient location as well. I will return for sure. Some areas for improvement: a little hectic during breakfast sometimes so I think they need to add more staff during busy season. I had to come back to the hotel due to spirit airline delayed the flight for one day and they could not print / give me the invoice because I paid on line thought Expedia. "Edwin, Erick, and Ernesto were the best around!! Anything I needed they were happy to help me with and their kindness and availability was exceptional. This hotel is located in a great location to walk to many places. It does get noisy at night from the street noise but that comes with staying in the middle of all of the action. All of the staff went out of their way to make our stay special…thank you again for the great time and great smiles that always greeted us. Highly recommend! "

"There’s a lot of art throughout the hotel. The staff was really helpful and responsive. The hotel provides a lot of amenities. The rooftop is a really nice spot to hang out. The air conditioner leaked in our room, but the staff took care of it. I wish breakfast started before 8am, since most tours begin at that time. The music from the rooftop bar can be loud at night. The food was really delicious. The staff even brought breakfast to our room right at 8am, so we could make our flight in time. "

"The hotel is in the heart of Cartagenas walled city. Five minutes away from the central clock tower, kind of like the time square of Cartagena. It doesn’t seem like much from the outside but inside the hotel is beautiful, very clean, the staff is friendly and very helpful. Rooms had hot water, even though who would want to take a hot shower in Cartagena when it’s between 80 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit all year round. They offer a tasty breakfast as well. "I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Osh Hotel Cartagena, and it truly exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was treated like royalty by the warm and welcoming staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel itself is a stunning blend of colonial charm and modern luxury. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities you could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the rainfall showerhead was the perfect way to unwind after a long day exploring the city. But what really sets Osh Hotel apart is its incredible location. Situated in the heart of Cartagena's historic Old Town, you're just steps away from the city's most famous landmarks, restaurants, and bars. The hotel's rooftop pool and bar are also not to be missed! The views of the city are breathtaking, and the cocktails are expertly crafted.
