"The staff were amazing (so helpful and friendly). The pool was small, but was all you needed to help cool you off. The whole establishment was very clean and decorated well. Breakfast was provided and it exceeded my expectations. Very delicious and freshly made. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Cartagena. "

"Kind, courteous staff. Only stayed here one night when arriving in Cartagena before heading to the islands. Wish we had come back here for the second part of our trip in Cartagena. "This place is great because it’s social and so many activities everyday. The rooms are nice and clean. As for the staff some of them Are very nice and friendly and than others they are a bit stand off. They look at you unfriendly and don’t really want to interact with you. But the really nice ones were amazing. Careful with the cafe at the hostel it is insanely expensive. Just go right outside and walk to the right and you’ll find food for 1/4 of that price and you can pay with card. "

"This property was perfect . You can’t beat the location . Everything within a 10-15 walk . The rooms are huge ! And had amenity.. ( blower, robes, slippers, iron , complimentary water and cookies and great soaps . ) The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. The lighting in the room Is very dim .
