"Our family spent last weekend at the Hyatt House San Diego/Sorrento Mesa and had a great time! The hotel is about 20 minutes from downtown San Diego in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking - especially handicap parking! Very nice clean rooms with comfy beds, clean linen and plenty of towels. 2 of our rooms were small suites with a small kitchen/living room and balcony. This was perfect for our family to gather and catch up! All the staff from the front desk to housekeeping were friendly, helpful and professional. There was a very nice pool which, unfortunately our stay was not long enough to enjoy. The daily breakfast was included and amazing! So many yummy choices. We all commented that the green salsa was delicious! Over all we had an excellent stay and hope to be back again! Highly recommend!! Thanks Hyatt House!!"

"I came down to watch my son play vs SDSU. Everything about the hotel was top tier. From the check in the room the service the food and drinks. Was conveniently located close to my son’s teams hotel and a 10 min uber to the stadium. I would stay here anytime I’m in town. "

"We were in town for a conference but did not want to pay the high room rate for the conference hotel. We stayed here as the price was excellent and walkable to our conference. The room was very clean and freshly remodeled. Beds were comfortable and front desk was very friendly. The only issue was one night a large group of some sort of work crew basically took over the spa area of the pool to have a party. They were playing loud music, smoking cigs (and the green stuff) and drinking from multiple glass containers. We ended up vacating due to the group and so did a mom and her kids. Also, the service and food at the attached restaurant (Bunz) was pretty bad. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay and we will stay again. "
