"I sent message thru expedia how we were going to miss our first night due to delays but it was not seen so we were a no show in their system. But the staff with the approval of manager still made us stayed in which we were grateful. It didnt add to our stress anymore. Maybe a suggestion to always check messages from 3rd party booking platforms that they are using."
