There were other people clothing in our room when we checked it. We did not have water for one day of our stay. Elevators were not working property. One of the staff was rude. The pull up bed was very uncomfortable. We got back pain. We are very disappointed.

Overall a nice hotel. Loved the courtyard: ping pong table, giant chess board and fire pits. Breakfasts were good and the dinners on weeknights were appreciated. Nice clean gym. Pool was cold but still fun. Unfortunately we had a few problems with our room. The first room we were given smelled like raw sewage. We immediately walked out and got a new room. The second room smelled clean but there was pubic hair in the toilet and long strands of hair on the bathroom floor, the couch and the bedding. We overlooked it because we don’t expect perfection. But then at 5 am we were jolted awake by an extremely loud vibration right above us. This occurred every few minutes for 20 seconds or so. It made it impossible to go back to sleep. Upon check out I mentioned this and they apologized and said there is air in the pipes that they will be getting fixed. But no offer to make up for our poor experience. We actually had a room booked for another stay later in the week so we asked to please be given a room where we don’t have to deal with this. They gave us a lovely room on the top floor. This one was clean, smelled nice and had no loud noises. But on our last night in the middle of the night my husband went to use the bathroom and opened up a brand new roll of toilet paper and a cockroach fell into his lap! He jumped up and it scurried away and he had to hunt it down and kill it. Again upon recounting this to staff all they did was apologize. What happened to customer service?

The property was incredibly quiet, making it the perfect spot for relaxation. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was designed for a peaceful and restful experience. If you value tranquility and comfort, this hotel is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend!

Loved this hotel. It was our first time staying at Homewood Suites and it is perfect for families. The space, the size, the options, including a kitchen is a plus for families with kids. Full size fridge, microwave and stove. Everything you need right there. The breakfast is excellent and lots of options. Super clean and really close to everything in San Diego, but you will need a car to get around. Parking spots are tight, but they are like that around the city, so nothing surprising there. Will stay in this type of hotel in the future.

We had an amazing stay here! We stayed the week of new years and they provided dinner free of charge. The staff was all friendly and helpful. We were able to request connected rooms and it was so convenient for our family. Love this hotel!

Great place. Called for service but never got the service, I had to get my need from custodial in corridor. Everything else was great. That is why I gave 4 for rating.

The house keeping service really bad The receptionist didn’t explain that the cleaning service is one day yes and one day no. House keeping even do we booked for 5 said they only can deliver 3 bath towels per room.
