"Another great stay. Great as always. The only minor complaint, checkout day -- I took some items out to our vehicle to pack and when I returned to the room and tried the room key it went red and door would not open. Luckily a housekeeper knew it was my room and pass keyed me in, thus saving me from having to get a new card at the lobby. Mgmt may want to check their system because the key card should work until check out time at a minimum. Still, great location and staff. And only a minor...

"Attended the LSS Conference. The conference amenities were clean and accommodating. Had a room at the Regency Tower, which was towards the back of the property. Check-in and out was fast and easy. Heated pool. Onsite eatery options was convenient. Would stay again, but at the other options outside the Regency Tower."
