"This hotel was great for our Christmas holiday. It was clean, had great decor, and very friendly staff. The hotel is located in a great neighbourhood and there is a lot of amazing food and activities within walking distance. "

Upon alerting customer service of this and the notice in the elevator stating short term rentals are not allowed, they said the host said the notice is old and no longer relevant, and the most they could do is a 50$ refund as it did not classify as part of the guarantee to find a place.
