We saw more wildlife lounging at the resort than in the national park, including two scarlet macaws that spent the entire morning over the pool, squirrel monkeys, howler monkeys, and toucans. The food, however, was Americanized. The on-site YOLO restaurant is American food and music, and was quite loud until about 10 pm. While the resort was excellent in terms of service, amenities, etc., I can't recommend visiting Manuel...
