"This was so disappointing. This was my first time in Washington and the reason I chose this hotel was because of the location and that we would have an apartment. Unfortunately, the apartment was not clean and we didn't feel comfortable. There were a few doors on the wardrobes which we nearly falling off. The bed sheets didn't look clean. The location is perfect but unfortunately there is buidling work next to the apartments so the main entrance is blocked off so you have to walk around the...

"This is a no-nonsense establishment with "everything you need and nothing that you don't". The location is within walking distance to a variety of restaurant of several ethnicities (During my stay, I went to a Thai restaurant, an American diner, a Chinese restaurant, and a Japanese restaurant). The room was clean and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The complimentary shuttle van was particularly convenient for both business and entertainment. The experience was all around great."

"The Bethesdan Hotel was in a nice area, the property itself looks amazing. A initial staff interaction left a little to be desired but overall they were very pleasant. The parking garage machine took way too long to let you out, had to call for help. "
