"Amazing beach view with easy access. Maria has a lot of beach amenities freely available for guests which was very helpful such as beach umbrellas, beach towels, portable chairs, paddle board, outdoor sports equipment, etc. Only minor inconvenience was AC condensation if we changed the temperature "

"Very beautiful home , clean lovely decor , parking driveway/street close to everything gated community for added safety 🙏 and convenient a/c units throughout.😁 Host was very kind and helpful Finding it originally on gps was very tricky but host and owner helped us out !!!!! "This House in old SAN juan The location is perfect right in the heart of Old San juan i could walk everywhere The place had such a unique charm and exactly like pictures and it was super comfortable. "I did a sister trip! Host was very responsive and helpful when we needed to reach her. View was very beautiful. We had everything we needed and it was very clean. I really loved the balcony to drink my coffee in the morning just looking at the waves. Make sure to visit the kiosks de Luquillo( la Padilla)! Amazing food and drinks."

"The building is run down, but don’t let that deter you. The condo is clean, adorable, and comfortable. The location is excellent, as you are close to the airport and literally one block from the beach. The outside of the building is a three out of 10 but the condo itself is a 10 out of 10!"

"Easy check-in and check-out, the house was close to everything you needed or wanted to do like the malls, restaurants, grocery store, walgreens and Casa Barcardi. We were only 13-15 min from the San Juan airport which made it even nicer. The host Ingrid was exceptional and always responded to our questions in a short time. We enjoyed a little visitor a cool cat that would come daily to say hello and he came to see us off when we left. What a great family vacay we had."
