"We loved the private beach and spent most of our time on the recliners in the shade of the palm trees and beach umbrellas. The surf is pretty strong here which make swimming difficult and actually dangerous. But there is also a nice, large pool. The people were very nice and always willing to help. This actually applies to everyone we met in Puerto Rico. The Mahi Mahi Bar provides provides breakfast, lunch, dinner and is nicely located on the beach but there are other and better options outside...

"We absolutely loved the property. Everything you needed was right there. The staff were super helpful. It was so. Convenient being near the airport but also made things noisy. The hotel was spectacular but the surrounding areas were a little run down. "

"Great experience overall but wasn’t very clean and are sofa was stained and curtains were nasty. Hot water wasn’t great and was provided no blankets. Other than that it was a very beautiful vacation. I’d go back but I’d thoroughly clean the suite myself. Washer/dryer and hot tub plus full kitchen and dishwasher was nice. Beds were hard not comfortable at all "

"Beautiful property that looks like a tropical forest. Rooms were clean and service was fantastic. Everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Negatives are limited seating at beach and limited seating with umbrellas at pool. Also, in spite of their fantastic ocean views, they do not have furniture on balconies and discourage sitting on balcony. Not sure why and it seemed to make little sense to have balconies that you can’t relax on. Also their WiFi is a real issue. ...

"This stay was great! Had everything we needed and is strategically placed in an area that is walking distance from the beach, lots of restaurants, stores also close to la placita which is also a plus for those with intentions of visiting that. Only thing is parking can be a little tricky, they have an area in the front or the side where you can park for free but it does fill up quickly. "Hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and the location is optimal. Only bad thing is that their pool is closed and they don't tell you while you're booking your stay. I was sent an email a couple of days before my arrival making it difficult for me to book elsewhere. Only when you get to the hotel you'll see a sign that said that the pool is under maintenance since 2023."
