"It's not a big space, but to be able to accomodate 9 people to sleep it's wonderful! Everything was clean and not beaten up like other rentals. The operators are very on top of communication and being helpful. Lots of parking space. Directions are a learning experience, but when you get there its worth it. Lots of birds and nature to listen to. We liked it! I'm curious how to rent the lower apartment or maybe both? use of the hottub not include in the top floor rental. Also a 13 minute walk or a...

"I loved the place! It could have been a bit cleaner, but over all I loved the stay. No a.c. which was fine for me. The nights were nice enough to not sweat at all, and it was the end of Aug. My friend really didn't care for it. So, if you need more than some of the most beautiful nature and scenery and basic necessities, it probably isn't for you. And the cats.... They are everywhere on the island, but extra cuddly here."

"This is the nice place in old San Juan near the Colon monument. Absolutely quiet inside. Clean, safe.... Some rooms have no windows ( it is quiet), another have and you may be will hire the street (I`m not sure). You no need to contact to personnel for check in, but if will wish -this is not a problem. "
