"Overall the house was great for our group of 7. It was large and comfortably fit our group plus its close to downtown and the mountain. The kitchen had the basics to cook, be sure to bring your own aluminum foil, etc. One person in our group said their sheets were not clean and found hair in it. Being detailed since we paid close to 850/night after fees, the fireplace does not work and there is no fire pit or hot tub even though the back yard is large! Ice maker in the fridge was making ice that...

"We were in town for our granddaughter’s soccer tournament. My Mom from Nevada was able to join us. It was a comfortable clean home for three of us adults. It was a great location for us to attend all her games in both directions from the home. "

"Came to Tahoe to get married with 16 family members. We wanted one place with en suite baths for everyone. Not that easy to find on the lake with 10 bedrooms. This home fit our needs perfectly. Lots of space and things to do on the property. This is not a place for young people who plan to go crazy. Better for families."

"This is a fantastic well appointed home located just outside of Tahoe City. The neighborhood is quiet and easily accessible. The home is updated, warm, and welcoming. It was a perfect spot for 2 families with a fenced in backyard, grill, and hot tub.There was plenty of space for everyone to have their own space in private areas and also in the common spaces as well. When we ran into a small issue, the responsiveness and helpfulness were quick and thorough. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"Home was acceptable and overall nice, but there were some oddities that could be easily addressed that would have made this stay better. The kitchen tools were all haphazardly stowed, so it was rather confusing finding equipment needed to cook our meals. The downstairs bathroom didn’t have a soap dispenser, just a large bottle of soap refill. There weren’t any shower supplies like soap, shampoo, or conditioner, which is a first. The vacuum and electric lid for the garbage didn’t properly work....
