"The condo is nice especially for 2 people. We had a problem with the smoke alarm on our last day. The battery needed to be changed so it started chirping at about 5 am. Other than that everything was really nice. The lake is right there and the pool area is great and easy to get to. "

The only thing was that the carpets were a little dirty, the fireplace didn’t work, and the fridge wasn’t keeping items clean. Despite these things, we still really enjoyed our stay at 3 peaks. The two bedroom townhome was really great for our family and quick stay in Tahoe! "

"The Marriott is very central in South Lake, walking distance to everywhere. The property itself had great amenities that we enjoyed such as hot tub/pool, kids club, and gym. The studio room itself was actually a little bit bigger than we anticipated, there was plenty of room for me, my wife, our 6 year old and all of our luggage."

"We had a nice few days at the condo. The condo has everything you need. There wasn't anything that we were lacking, except for air conditioning. But thankfully the condo has many nice stand up fans. We needed them as it was 98 in Tahoe. We really appreciated the stand up paddle board we used at the lake. The rooms were comfy and we felt like we were at home. It's very close to everything on the north side. We would definitely stay there again. "

"I went for a week of skiing/snowboarding at Palisades/Alpine. Very convenient location and a real easy drive to the slopes and into Tahoe City. The owners will respond quickly to any questions. I recommend this unit."

"My girlfriends and I came together here for a milestone birthday celebration and couldn't have been happier. The location was perfect! We walked everywhere; to the spa @ The Landing, to our shows, the casinos, restaurants, the Lake... everything was walkable. We even took a lake tour, which picked us up by shuttle at Harvey's, which was a 3 minute walk. It's a perfect location and room was perfect. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!"
