"Loved spending time in Carlsbad. The village has lots of interesting shops and really great restaurants. This location was walking distance to the village and beautiful beach."

"This is a perfect property for a large family or multi-family stay. Open spaces with plenty of room. Beds are comfortable. Hot tub and fire pit were a hit during our stay! Property management was responsive and informative. Would definitely stay again. "

"House spacious and comfortable, kitchen well stocked for cooking, plenty of room for five older women. Had a little trouble with code entry, TV Internet & hot tub but owner came personally and helped us. Suggestion, book of ‘need to knows’ in house would really help. "

"Property was very clean and welcoming. My crowd was large enough to require 2 residences, but spent most of the "together" time in this place because of the generous open areas, kitchen facilities, and environment. Outdoor firepit was a hit on cool nights. Smores please."

"The location of the home is great. The 51 steps from the beach is daunting when returning with beach gear. The home is in need of repairs. Torn cushions for example. But the number of guestrooms and baths were ideal. Site says it has everything you need for a TG dinner, not true. Reps were responsive to needs. No central ac was a problem on 80+ degrees days. Overall a decent house given the location. meal. Not true. Reps eere"

"This is such a lovely home, near Carlsbad to walk for eating/coffee and soooo close to the beach! The home is really stocked with all things to have fun (beach towels, bikes, etc) and the kitchen has the items needed to cook - even has 2 refrigerators!"

You will have a five-star offering. This stay was the best VRBO experience I have ever had.
