"This apartment is in the perfect location, right next to the beach! It has a balcony where you can enjoy the ocean view and even sit down to breakfast or enjoy a cup of coffee. The inside is very neat, with a kitchen that has just what you need. Although the washer and dryer are not inside the unit, it was very close by, just down the stairs. We highly recommend this beachside apartment, that’s an easy walk to Carlsbad Village. "

What was disappointing this time was that the unit we were in desperately needs new living room furniture and a new patio set. We put sheets on the sofa to sit on it. The fabric is worn out. "We tried to rent again for next year, but unfortunately the condo was booked already. Great spacious layout. Very nice large patio. Good location, convenient parking. We sept well, very good mattrasses. The appliances are a bit aged, but they did the job. We enjoyed the view very much."
