"As the title suggests the view from the Villa is stunning. The property itself is very well appointed - the bedroom/living area is pleasant and airy, there is an excellent bathroom with large walk in shower and separate large laundry/storage area. The cosy kitchen is very well equipped and accommodated our dining in when it was too windy to sit out. The vast patio area has an excellent and well maintained bbq and plenty of quality furniture. "Had a wonderful visit. Loved having water access, kayaks, SUP boards, chairs, umbrella, floats and snorkeling gear. *kayaks don’t have seats and there’s only 3 single kayaks so we were bummed we couldn’t all go together like described. Overall, plenty of cooking ware and everything we needed during our week visit. Communication was excellent before and during our stay. Thank you for sharing your home. "

Stu, the property manager, was attentive and great to communicate with although we had nothing that needed his assistance! Going back next year. Was our best Puerto Rico trip so far!"

"The property is nicer than the pictures show. Spacious enough to comfortably fit 4 adults and 2 children. Palm Cay itself is a lovely gated community with tennis and pickle ball courts (always available), lovely beach and shallow waters for swimming, snorkling and wading (good for adults, teens and young children), and a beach club with a lap pool that I recommend joining. Winnie who manages the property is amazing. We have booked through VRBO many times in the past but the communications...
