"Our first time back to St Thomas in 10 years and we had a great time. The house was great. Needs a few small maintenance items - squeaky doors and the refrigerator kept freezing our food. I would pay for the pool to be heated. Overall all it was great and we’d stay here again. Tarcia is a great property manager and very responsive to any communications. "

"We had such a wonderful stay at this property! There were 8 adults ranging from ages 26-78. The house is so beautiful and we could not get over the views! The top floor has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and pool. There is a separate downstairs area that has the other two bedrooms, another kitchen, and another living room area. The separate spaces was really nice to have a little bit of privacy but also good areas to hang out as a group! Definitely recommend renting a jeep because the road to...

"Our group of 9 had a great time staying here. The property has stunning views and is an amazing hub for a vacation in St. Thomas. The house is spacious and everyone had their own room. We had easy access to all beaches and key locations but also loved hanging at the house on the recliners or in the pool. The property management provided extremely helpful guides that made check in and check out super easy and also helped make plan inc a breeze with their dining and excursion recommendations....

"Just as advertised. Clean spacious unit in a 4-unit building in a beautiful setting. 15 mins from Charlotte Amalie but worth it for the quiet setting and beautiful view. Host Kylie was very communicative, attentive and accommodating. You won’t be disappointed. "

"This villa is a lovely place to enjoy the wonderful St Thomas March weather. The veranda overlook is beautiful and a great place to relax, enjoy the pool and have a few cocktails The villa was perfect for two couples to spend 2 weeks away from the March weather in Pennsylvania. It has everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. St Thomas roads are a challenge and the same goes for the roads and driveways in the Green Cay Plantation neighborhood. We had a lovely vacation here. "

She was extremely responsive and had the house cleaned and ready for us 18 hours later when we arrived. She could not have been a better host and we loved the property. No need to leave.
