However, I had spoken to the front desk regarding a late check out (their check out is 10am - I asked for 12:00pm), they said no because they had someone checking in that afternoon, but said they would be ok for 11am. "No water from 9PM to 8AM almost every day, staff so rude and not willing to help at all, we had lots of water from who know where and they didn’t do anything to clean it til 2 days later, over all so bad, not staying here ever again"
