3 days on an all inclusive in cuba
The hotel is bit tired, rooms were clean, the facilities were relatively clean. Food was good, variety was same as any all inclusive. Drinks tasted a bit watery down from what we are used to in Canada. The entertainment was funny-not much a night life if you have young adults in your party. A la carte restaurant food was very good.

Séjour détente parfait dans cet hôtel
Séjour à la hauteur de nos attentes dans cet hôtel. Les chambres sont vraiment très confortables ; la vue sur la mer et la piscine sont un gros +. L’hôtel dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin (des petits magasins, un petit marché traditionnel, un accès à la plage), c’est parfait. J’ai vraiment adoré séjourner dans cet hôtel, que je recommande vivement !

No fue lo que esperaba, la ducha no sirvió nunca y no fue posible ni arreglarla ni cambiarnos de habitación con la excusas que había muchas en el mismo estado. La bañera en un muy mal estado, en general el baño en un estado pésimo sucio viejo y desgastado.

The room condition are generally not good. we turned out to switch the room three times due to different reasons. The locker for the first room was broken. Then we found a huge cockroach in the second room. When I was explaining the issue to the staff, they said the cockroach is normal there which made me more upset about the issue.

Clean, with good food and friendly service. The facilities are a little run down, and everything is in Italian (which is very weird, especially if you've been preparing for Spanish), but overall pretty good by Cuban resort standards. If you want to save money, stay at a casa like a sensible person. But if you're going to spend money on a mediocre Cuban resort experience (is there any other kind?), this is a good option.

We felt that the staff was very nice, and it was very clean. One toilet wasn’t working, and we went to front desk, but they never fixed it. We also felt that all the activities are meant for Italians. We felt discriminated that there were no activities for us Hispanics.

Varadero simplemente por sus playas es un lugar mágico, sin embargo las instalaciones del hotel son viejas, los alimentos no tienen variedad, y el bar de la playa nunca tenía para preparar mojitos, las bebidas las hacen con saborizantes y pues no son muy ricas. La limpieza del cuarto no fue muy buena, mi habitación tenía 2 pisos, desde el día 1 moví una almohada de la cama de arriba y en los 3 días que estuve ahí, ni siquiera la acomodaron en su lugar.
