"The hospitality provided by resort's staff was commendable. The quality of the service they offered was excellent. Serving their visitors was done with passion, as I witnessed. If they can make improvements, I would just suggest these two items. The first is whether a bathroom could have an exhaust fan. Second, it would be great if they could offer vegetarian paneer options like karahi paneer, shahi paneer, paneer tikka, and so on. "

"I can’t say enough about how amazing this resort is. But what makes it really special is the incredible staff and management on this resort. They are on a mission to make you happy.We have been to many resorts and have never seen such hardworking individuals. We aren’t beach people so this resort was perfect for us. Though we did go one day to their stunning beach club. It’s 5 mins away and they have a shuttle all day. I did all the workout classes, yoga, water aerobics, water cycling and float classes daily. The instructors are amazing!! Shout out to Angel, Orlando, Johanna, Gama, Jazmin, Gaspar and Jesus. These individuals were the workout and entertainment team. They worked so hard all day and always full of joy. We have been to other resorts where the entertainment team is lacking, don’t care to teach if it’s only a few people, drinking on the job and look so unhappy. That wasn’t the case here. I will certainly miss them all, they made our trip. Thank you Roberto at the pool area for keeping us from getting thirsty. I thought he had eyes behind his head. We never had to look for him, we would finish our drink and he was there. Thank you Alberto, Jesus and Hugo for always taking care of us at breakfast and lunch. The Vantage club bartenders were awesome! Lastly the biggest thank you to Alejandro the chef in Italian restaurant!! He made us some incredible special dinners and always took my allergies into consideration. And our amazing waiter Eduardo and Antonio thank you!"
